• Enable robust control (via RS232, RS422, and RS485 serial, TCP/IP, IR, and IO) for any device with an interface and a defined protocol
• Proactively monitor device health, status, and use via a browser-based application
• Generate proactive alerts when configurable device failure occurs
• Extend device life and reduce administrative overhead by scheduling events such as “power on/power off” for individual devices or groups of devices, in a single location or across multiple locations and time zones
• Aggregate disparate control systems under one centralized monitoring and control platform
