  Simtrol, Inc. Secures $3.5 Million Funding

NORCROSS, GA - March 20, 2007 - Simtrol, Inc. (OTCBB: SMRL), a leading device control middleware provider, today announced it has completed a $3.525 million private placement equity financing. The private placement consisted of Series B convertible preferred stock and warrants to purchase common stock and included accredited private investors, members of the Board of Directors, senior management and Triton Business Development Services equity partners.

"This round of financing allows us to bring additional talent into the company and accelerate our product development roadmap as well as accelerate sales, marketing, and operations efforts in key vertical markets," commented Rick Egan, Simtrol's Chief Executive Officer.
