NORCROSS, GA – Simtrol, Inc. (OTCBB: SMRL), a leading device control middleware provider, today announced the appointment of two senior executives. The company has hired Rick Eaton as Senior Vice President of Sales and Craig Reamsnyder as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Rick Eaton has 25+ years of software sales and sales management experience, including key positions at Oracle, IBM/Tivoli and Mercury Interactive, where he pioneered the effort to institute a strategic account program that paid huge dividends in Mercury’s largest and most successful accounts. Mr. Eaton will drive Simtrol’s efforts for all field operations including sales, partner enablement, customer support and professional services.

Craig Reamsnyder also has 25+ years experience in sales and marketing executive positions with an emphasis on the healthcare industry. He has held executive positions at American Hospital, Baxter, Kinetic Concepts, and TheraTx. He was also the first person hired by WebMD, with responsibility to lead its sales initiative. During his four-year tenure he held positions of Vice President of Sales, National Accounts and Channel Management. He was a key contributor developing relationships with major distribution, trading and investment partners for the purpose of enabling WebMD to quickly extend its national reach with its entire portfolio of services. At Simtrol, Mr. Reamsnyder will be responsible for vertical markets and supporting sales channel development.
