NORCROSS, GA — Simtrol, Inc. (OTCBB: SMRL), a designer and developer of Windows-based control software solutions that enable enterprise-wide command, control, monitoring and diagnostics of otherwise incompatible devices including audiovisual (“AV”), security and other communication assets, today announced it has hired de Jong & Associates for strategic investor relations counsel.
de Jong & Associates is a San Diego-based international investor relations firm specializing in helping firms, undiscovered by the investment community at large, implement and monitor investor relations strategies designed to help build and sustain investor support.
Ron de Jong, President of de Jong & Associates, commented: “We are excited about Simtrol’s business prospects and our ability to help them reach a broader investment community associated with our firm. As the company continues developing its distribution channels, our efforts will be in building a base of awareness of the company’s prospects to the investment community. We particularly like Simtrol’s approach to the emerging markets of audiovisual, security and communication device asset management. We believe their model of providing software solutions built upon standard PC platforms will provide value to end customers that have historically purchased expensive, closed-architecture hardware solutions. We believe a paradigm shift is taking place within this industry and are pleased to be involved with Simtrol at this exciting stage of their revenue and channel growth.”
Rick Egan, Simtrol’s Chief Executive Officer, stated: “We are confident in de Jong & Associates’ ability to help an emerging public company like Simtrol develop a broad following among key investment community audiences. Having them on our team will help build investor awareness and shareholder value as we continue our product rollouts and sales channel expansion.”
