Oliver M. Cooper III President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Cooper, age 51, joined Simtrol in May 2008 as President and Chief Executive Officer. From February 2006 to May 2008, Mr. Cooper served as a Partner at Triton Value Partners, an Atlanta-based business advisory/private equity firm, and is currently on inactive status. Mr. Cooper has more than 25 years experience managing high growth technology companies, both public and private. Mr. Cooper was formerly Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) where he managed the company's successful initial public offering and sales growth from $14.0 million to $82.0 million, while growing its work force from 180 to 670 employees. Mr. Cooper also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Neovest Inc., a provider of software solutions to financial services firms, until its acquisition by JP Morgan (NYSE: JPM). He also served as President and CEO of MARC Global Holdings, Inc., a provider of complete solutions for supply chain execution in complex distribution environments. Under Cooper’s leadership, the company was successfully sold to Red Prairie, Inc. Prior to MARC Global, Mr. Cooper held senior level management positions in operations, sales and business development at several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Cooper earned a BA Degree from Furman University and an MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

William G. Joyce Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Joyce, 43, joined us as Executive Vice President of Operations in March 2007 with over 20 years of operational experience with technology and software companies. Most recently, Mr. Joyce was Senior Vice President for MARC Global Holdings, Inc. responsible for worldwide professional services and customer support. Prior to MARC Global, Mr. Joyce was Sr. Director, Professional Services, at Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH) where he was a key contributor to the company's growth from $14 million to $200 million. He started his career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and holds an engineering degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Richard T. Eaton

Mr. Eaton, 58, joined us as Senior Vice President of Sales in January 2007 and became Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing in March 2008. He has 25+ years of sales and sales management experience, the last 23 in the area of computer software. He was Strategic Account Manager at Mercury Interactive (NASDAQ: MERQ) from 2002 to 2006 where he pioneered the effort to institute a strategic account program that paid huge dividends in Mercurys largest and most successful accounts. He previously was at IBM/Tivoli where he led the sales effort for the worldwide Telecommunications group to record setting levels. At Oracle, he was a member of the very successful Telecommunications team and managed a practice focused on the cable and wireless industries. Mr. Eaton has a B.Sc. from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada and an M. Ed. From Augusta State University in Georgia.

Matthew A. Finger Vice President of Marketing & Business Development

Mr. Finger, age 33, joined Simtrol in June 2007 and was named Vice President of Marketing & Business Development in March 2008. Mr. Finger has over seven years of experience with Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH) where he implemented and sold complex software solutions across industries ranging from hi-tech to manufacturing. Mr. Finger’s prior experience also includes two years at The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) as part of that company’s Business Leadership Program. Mr. Finger received an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and an engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Stephen N. Samp Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Mr. Samp, age 43, joined us in April 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. From February 2001 until March 2002
he served as an independent finance consultant. From March 1998 to February 2001 he served as Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer and Secretary of eOn Communications (NASDAQ:EONC), a provider of unified voice, e-mail, and Web-based
communications systems and software. From June 1995 to February 1998, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller
and Chief Accounting Officer of Guardsmark, Inc., a private security services firm. Mr. Samp received an M.B.A. from The
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
