Oliver M. Cooper III - President and CEO

Mr. Cooper joined Simtrol in May 2008. He has more than 25 years of experience managing high-growth technology companies, both public and private. Before joining Simtrol, Mr. Cooper served as a Partner at Triton Value Partners, an Atlanta-based business advisory/private equity firm, where he is currently on inactive status. Prior to that, Mr. Cooper served as President and CEO of MARC Global Holdings, Inc., a provider of end-to-end supply chain execution systems for complex distribution environments. Under his leadership, the company was successfully sold to Red Prairie, Inc. Mr. Cooper also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) where he managed the company's successful initial public offering, sales growth from $14 million to $82 million and a workforce increase of 180 to 670 employees. Mr. Cooper has also held management positions in operations, sales and business development at several Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor's degree from Furman University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. 

William G. Joyce - Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Joyce joined Simtrol in March 2007. He has more than 20 years of operational experience with technology companies. Before joining Simtrol, Mr. Joyce served as Senior Vice President for MARC Global Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for worldwide professional services and customer support. Prior to that, Mr. Joyce served as Senior Director, Professional Services at Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) where he was a key contributor to the company's growth from $14 million to $200 million. Mr. Joyce started his career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.

Debra A. Yasenka - Vice President of Channels

Ms. Yasenka joined Simtrol in August 2008. She has more than 20 years of experience in both direct and indirect channel sales and sales management. Before joining Simtrol, Ms. Yasenka spent four years with Promethean, Inc., a global leader in interactive classrooms solutions, where she developed and managed Promethean’s North American sales channel. Prior to that, Ms. Yasenka served as National Sales Manager for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) where she directed a nationwide network of education resellers. Ms. Yasenka’s previous roles also include President of Visual Systems Development Group, Vice President of Analytical Technologies, Inc., and Strategic Alliances Director of Modis, Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kent State University. 

Stephen N. Samp - Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Mr. Samp joined Simtrol in April 2002. Before joining Simtrol, Mr. Samp spent one year as an independent finance consultant. Prior to that, Mr. Samp served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of eOn Communications (NASDAQ: EONC), a provider of unified voice, e-mail, and web-based communications systems and software. From June 1995 to February 1998, Mr. Samp served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Guardsmark, Inc., a private security services firm. He holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
