Dallas S. Clement

Mr. Clement has served as a Director of Simtrol since April 2001 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 2007. He has served as as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development for Cox Communications, Inc. since August 2000. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Cox from January 1999 to July 2000. Mr. Clement joined Cox in 1990 as a Policy Analyst and was promoted to Manager of Investment Planning in January 1993, Director of Finance in 1994, and Treasurer in 1996. From April 1995 to December of 1996, Mr. Clement served as Assistant Treasurer for Cox Enterprises, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and economics from Harvard College and an MS in engineering-economics systems from Stanford University.

Lee D. Wilder

Ms. Wilder has served as a Director of Simtrol since February 2008. She has been a private financial consultant since 2000. Prior to that, she was an equity research analyst and officer for The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Wachovia Securities, and J. C. Bradford & Co from 1983 to 2000. Ms. Wilder is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Oliver M. Cooper III

Mr. Cooper joined Simtrol in May 2008. He has more than 25 years of experience managing high-growth technology companies, both public and private. Before joining Simtrol, Mr. Cooper served as a Partner at Triton Value Partners, an Atlanta-based business advisory/private equity firm, where he is currently on inactive status. Prior to that, Mr. Cooper served as President and CEO of MARC Global Holdings, Inc., a provider of end-to-end supply chain execution systems for complex distribution environments. Under his leadership, the company was successfully sold to Red Prairie, Inc. Mr. Cooper also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) where he managed the company's successful initial public offering, sales growth from $14 million to $82 million and a workforce increase of 180 to 670 employees. Mr. Cooper has also held management positions in operations, sales and business development at several Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor's degree from Furman University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
